Forty-five years in one family's hands.
Surrey Landscapers was started by the Parkinson family in 1980, and it has stayed a family business ever since — that continuity is really the whole point. When the same family has been designing and building gardens across Surrey for more than four decades, you get the kind of judgement that only comes from watching thousands of gardens grow in, settle and mature.
One of the achievements we are proudest of is becoming certified Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) members — recognition that the horticulture behind a garden is done properly, not just the paving. From the first design through the construction to the planting and aftercare that lets a garden come into its own, one team carries the whole job.

How it works
Design, build, aftercare — one team.

Design & consultation
We come out, walk the plot with you and listen to how you actually live in the garden — sun, slope, drainage, the lot. Then we put a clear design and a no-obligation quote to it. Chris keeps you updated at every stage and gives you real options to decide between, rather than one take-it-or-leave-it plan.

Build
One crew carries the construction from groundwork and levels through hard landscaping, paving, structures and planting. We work tidy, explain each step in advance, and — as our reviews put it — often end up doing more than was quoted for. Larger transformations can run over several weeks; we keep the site orderly the whole way through.

Aftercare
A new garden is an investment, and it needs looking after to reach its best. Once the build is done we can keep it right — seasonal maintenance, lawn care and planting attention — so the garden goes on developing and maturing through the seasons rather than drifting back to where it started.

From a base on Hitchings Way in Reigate, Surrey Landscapers covers Reigate, Banstead, Esher and Surbiton and the surrounding Surrey and South East — Redhill, Dorking, Leatherhead, Epsom and the villages between. Being genuinely local, and here for 45 years, means we know the soils, the slopes and the styles of these gardens. For larger design-and-build projects we will happily travel further across the South East.
